The Barn Fitness Center offers a state-of-the-art fitness center our members are looking for. We feature the best and the latest in equipment from Cybex as well as all the classic spa and fitness services you would find at the finest resorts. You'll find spinning, pilates, yoga, and massage to invigorate you as well as relax you. Among other things, we host regular hiking and biking outings, pickle ball and tennis and of course a lap-size pool!

For the convenience of our members we have provided a guide to
The Barn Fitness Center etiquette.



• Usage will be by appointment only
• Only members will be allowed to use the facilities (no guests)
• In order to honor social distancing, usage will be limited to the following:
          • 8 members in the gym at one time
• The first appointment for the fitness center will be at 5:30 am
• There will be ongoing appointments available every 75 mins throughout the day
• The last appointment for the fitness center will be at 4:45 pm
• Please email to schedule an appointment
• Please include what day(s) and time(s) you prefer and if you would like to do cardio or weights.
• Please only schedule one week in advance

When Using the Fitness Center
• Please bring your own water bottle (there is a hands-free hydration station in the fitness center)
• Locker rooms will now be available for regular use
• Showers, steam rooms and day use lockers will now be available
• Please bring your own earphones (either wireless or wired will work on new equipment)
• One workout towel will be given at front desk
• Sanitizer will be given at the front desk

If you have a fever, cough or are not feeling well, please stay at home!

All group classes will remain outdoors on either the pool deck or back patio.

When using the pool please bring your own water bottle (there is a hands-free hydration station in the fitness center) 

Lap Swimming and Water Aerobics

  • Water aerobics classes are limited to 25 people and will be 45 minutes long and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • Classes will be held Monday through Friday at 10:30 am in the pool.
  • Lap swimming is limited to three people and will be from 8am to 10am Monday through Friday.
  • Please email to schedule a swim time or click the link below.
  • There will be one lane for lap swimming on a first come first served basis from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.
  • There will be no designated lap swim times or lap lanes in the pool on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. 
Pool & Hot Tub
  • Open swim time will be from 11:30am to 6pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Coop's will provide food & beverage poolside service daily from 11am to 4:45pm.
  • The Ranch House menu will also be available from Wednesday - Sunday 11am - 3pm
  • Hot tub use is limited to two people at one time (or more if from the same family or household).
  • Hot tub use, open swim time, lounging and poolside food and beverage service will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
