Reach your fitness goals in group exercise classes offered in the Studio of the Barn Fitness Center. Classes are open to all fitness levels and ages, and our Exercise Instructors can show options for modifying your workout if necessary. The wide variety of classes include:


Step Fusion:  A combination of step and hi/lo aerobics moves intermixed with segments of strength and resistance exercises for a fun and energizing 60-minute calorie busting workout.

Cardio Tone & Sculpt: This class will focus on total body strength and cardio training. You will strengthen and shape the large muscle groups of your body and increase your endurance with the use of dumbbells, bands, balls, bars and more.

Barre Fusion: Core strength, balance, posture and flexibility are the focus of this class. Designed for any fitness level it includes a fusion of different exercises to isolate the inner muscle groups, strengthen the core and increase ROM and flexibility.

Mat Pilates: A fusion of traditional Pilates and core focused exercises blended with stretching to strengthen the core and stretch the entire body. Indoor Cycle: Each participant has their own stationary bicycle and the Instructor leads you on a different 60-minute adventure every time. Burn fat and increase your endurance in this fun, music driven class.

Total Body Sculpt: In this class you will perform a variety of exercises designed to improve your muscular strength and endurance. You will tone and sculpt the entire body and target core muscles using a variety of different exercises and techniques.

TRX Cardio Circuit: This class is a total body workout! We will use TRX straps, resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and help you build strength. Circuit training allows you to fit a huge variety of movements into your workout, without any complicated choreography, creating a fun, full body challenge for any fitness level!

Tai Chi: Improve balance, coordination, stability, strength, awareness, confidence and mental focus through breathing, postures, low impact movements, relaxation and energy flow to improve overall quality of life no matter what your age.

Water Aerobics: Water aerobics uses the natural resistance of the water to provide a wide variety of conditioning activities. Water weights, noodles and other pool toys are frequently used in class. Come join us for a fun and energizing workout for any fitness level!!

Yoga Flow: In this class you will be flowing through various yoga poses, stretches and breathing techniques focused on improving balance, flexibility, core strength and total body relaxation.

Restorative Yoga: A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. The poses are typically held for about 3 - 5 minutes or more and include light twists, seated forward folds and gentle backbends.

TRX Yogalates: TRX is revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build muscle strength, improve balance and coordination, increase flexibility and joint stability.
